Borotice is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 12.06 square kilometres (4.66 sq mi), and has a population of 386 (as at 3 July 2006).
Borotice lies on the Jevišovka River, approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) east of Znojmo, 47 km (29 mi) south-west of Brno, and 190 km (118 mi) south-east of Prague.
