Mackovice (German: Moskowitz) is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 11.79 square kilometres (4.55 sq mi), and has a population of 382 (as at 28 August 2006).
Mackovice lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) east of Znojmo, 41 km (25 mi) south-west of Brno, and 191 km (119 mi) south-east of Prague.
