Hrádek is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 21.68 square kilometres (8.37 sq mi), and has a population of 929 (as at 2 October 2006).
Hrádek lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) south-east of Znojmo, 54 km (34 mi) south-west of Brno, and 199 km (124 mi) south-east of Prague.
