Medlice is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 6.98 square kilometres (2.69 sq mi), and has a population of 185 (as at 3 July 2006).
Medlice lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) north-east of Znojmo, 42 km (26 mi) south-west of Brno, and 173 km (107 mi) south-east of Prague.[1]
