Drob
Drob[1] is a traditional Romanian dish, similar to a haggis, made of minced lamb's offal wrapped in caul and roasted like a meatloaf.[2] · [3] At Easter, it is customary to sacrifice a lamb. The drob de miel (lamb drob) is served as a traditional Easter dish.
