Henry Township is located in Marshall County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 2,700 and it contained 1,227 housing units.[1]
History
Henry Township is named for Gen. James D. Henry.[2]
Geography
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 16.41 square miles (42.5 km2), of which 14.6 square miles (38 km2) (or 88.97%) is land and 1.81 square miles (4.7 km2) (or 11.03%) is water.[1]
