Michel Picard is a Canadian politician, who was elected to represent the riding of Montarville in the House of Commons of Canada in the 2015 federal election.[1] He is a member of the Liberal Party of Canada. On December 2, 2015, he was appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness.[2]
