Spáňov is a village and municipality (obec) in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.27 square kilometres (1.26 sq mi), and has a population of 199 (as at 3 July 2006).
Spáňov lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-east of Domažlice, 47 km (29 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 128 km (80 mi) south-west of Prague.
