Ward No. 80, Kolkata Municipal Corporation is an administrative division of Kolkata Municipal Corporation in Borough No. 9, covering parts of Kidderpore (Taratala-Hide Road) neighbourhood in south Kolkata, in the Indian state of West Bengal. It forms a city municipal corporation council electoral constituency and is a part of Kolkata Port (Vidhan Sabha constituency).[1]
Overview
The boundaries of the ward are: The Hooghly River, Goragacha Road and former Garden Reach Municipality are in the north. Tolly's Nullah (Adi Ganga), Garden Reach Road, Sastitala Road, Satya Doctor Road, Hide Road and Diamond Harbour Road are to the east. former Garden Reach Municipality, Karl Marx Sarani, Satya Doctor Road and Garden Reach Road are to the south. Former Garden Reach Municipality is to the west.[2][3]
