West Derbyshire by-election, 1944
The West Derbyshire by-election of 1944 was held on 17 February 1944. The byelection was held due to the resignation of the incumbent Conservative MP, Henry Philip Hunloke. It was won by the Independent candidate Charles Frederick White.[1]
