Ranibandh (community development block) is an administrative division in Khatra subdivision of Bankura district in the Indian state of West Bengal. Ranibandh police station serves this block. Headquarters of this block is at Ranibandh.[1][2]

Ranibandh is located at 22°51′50″N 86°47′05″E / 22.8639200°N 86.7846070°E.
Ranibandh community development block has an area of 428.40 km2.[2]
Gram panchayats
Gram panchayats of Ranibandh block/ panchayat samiti are: Ambikanagar, Barikul, Haludkanali, Puddi, Rajakata, Ranibandh, Routora and Rudra.[3]
Demographics
As per 2001 census, Ranibandh block had a total population of 104,317, out of which 53,119 were males and 51198 were females. Ranibandh block registered a population growth of 11.27 per cent during the 1991-2001 decade. Decadal growth for the district was 13.79 per cent.[2] Decadal growth in West Bengal was 17.84 per cent.[4]
