Visitors to Kiribati must obtain a visa unless they come from one of the 68 visa exempt countries.

Citizens of the following 68 countries and territories can enter Kiribati without a visa for up to 30 days. An extension of the foreign national's stay is possible. However, the time spent in Kiribati without a visa by a citizen of one of these countries must not exceed 4 months in any calendar year.[1]

1 – Including British passports endorsed British Citizen, British National (Overseas) and to holders of British passports issued to residents of Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Montserrat and Turks and Caicos Islands, endorsed British Overseas Territories Citizen.
