Kovalovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.71 square kilometres (1.82 sq mi), and has a population of 598 (as at 3 July 2006).
Kovalovice lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) east of Brno and 199 km (124 mi) south-east of Prague.
