Pravlov (German: Prahlitz) is a village and municipality (obec) in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.91 square kilometres (1.12 sq mi), and has a population of 521 (as at 3 July 2006).
Pravlov lies on the Jihlava River, approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) south-west of Brno and 188 km (117 mi) south-east of Prague.
