Moutnice is a village and municipality (obec) in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.09 square kilometres (2.74 sq mi), and has a population of 1,180 (as at 3 July 2006).
Moutnice lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) south-east of Brno and 203 km (126 mi) south-east of Prague.
