Šerkovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.86 square kilometres (1.88 sq mi), and has a population of 218 (as at 3 July 2006).
Šerkovice lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) north-west of Brno and 165 km (103 mi) south-east of Prague.
