List of tallest buildings in Thunder Bay
Thunder Bay is the largest city in Northwestern Ontario. In Thunder Bay, there are 11 buildings that stand taller than 30 m (98 ft). The tallest building in the city is the 16-storey, 50 m (164 ft) Waverley Park Tower.[1] The second-tallest building in the city is Maplecrest Towers, standing at 45 m (148 ft) tall with 14 storeys.
As of February 2012, the city contains 9 highrises over 30 m (98 ft) and only 1 skyscraper that exceeds 50 m (164 ft) in height.[2]
There is 1 high-rise currently under construction, the Thunder Bay District courthouse.

Other significant structures
Lakehead Iron Works
Lakehead Iron Works is a large facility in Thunder Bay. The top 6 floors of the structure are currently uninhabited, however the lower 3 are used as office space.
The building is Thunder Bay's third tallest building at 40 meters and 9 storeys.[14]
