•  Italy, Colossus of Nero (later renamed as Colossus Solis); Rome. 36 m (118 ft). Completed in 75 with unknown date of destruction.
•  China, Gilded Statue of Mao Zedong sitting in a Chair; Tongxu county, Henan. 36 metres (118 ft). Dismantled before completion in early January 2016.^[52]
