Visitors from some countries and territories can enter Solomon Islands with permit issued on arrival, while others need permit before arriving on Solomon Islands. All visitors must hold a passport valid for 6 months.

Visa policy

Citizens of the following 78 countries may obtain a permit valid for 3 months on arrival:[1]

In total visitors are entitled to stay for a maximum of three months within a 12-month period.

Citizens of all other countries except the following can obtain a visa on arrival if they have a pre-arranged visa approval:[5]
