Notes:
  1. Since the finalists in the 2015–16 Greek Football Cup (AEK Athens and Olympiacos) will finish in top five in the league, the fifth-placed team will qualify for at least Europa League second qualifying round. This is because if one of the top four teams were to win the cup, the spot in the second qualifying round (originally given to fourth-placed team) would be given to the fifth-placed team. The winners of the cup will qualify for Europa League third qualifying round.
