Domchanch is a community development block that forms an administrative division of Koderma district, Jharkhand state, India.

Panchayats in Domchanch CD Block are: Bachhedih, Bagdo, Bagridih, Bangakhalar, Behradih, Dhab, Dhodhakola, Domchanch East, Domchanch North, Domchanch South, Ghargawan, Janpur, Kharkhar, Kundidhanwar, Madhuban, Mathadih, Masmohana, Masnodih, Nawadih, Parho, Phulwariya, Purnadih and Tetariyadih.Chanchla Debi pahadi is there on the way from koderma to Domchanch.[2]
Demographics
As per 2011 Census of India Domchanch CD Block had a total population of 125,387, of which 109,578 were rural and 15,809 were urban. There were 64,076 males and 61,311 females. Scheduled Castes numbered 17,547 and Scheduled Tribes numbered 2,355.[3]

Literacy
As per 2011 census the total number of literates in Domchanch CD Block was 64,034 out of which 39,676 were males and 24,358 were females. There will be a woman college soon going to be opened under our esteemed education minister guideline.[3]
