Pre-season friendlies
On 15 May 2015, Tranmere Rovers announced they would play Blackburn Rovers[34] and Shrewsbury Town[35] in pre-season. On 22 May 2015, Tranmere Rovers announced three more pre-season friendlies.[36] A day later, Tranmere Rovers announced two more pre-season friendlies.[37] On 23 June 2015, the club confirmed a friendly against Everton U21's.[38]

On 3 July 2015, the fixtures for the forthcoming National League season were announced. Tranmere Rovers started at home against Woking.[39]
Cheshire Senior Cup
On the Cheshire FA website the preliminary round details were announced, Tranmere Rovers will face Runcorn Town.[40]
