Bolivian athletes have so far achieved qualifying standards in the following athletics events (up to a maximum of 3 athletes in each event):[1][2]
- Men's 20 km walk – 1 quota place (Marco Antonio Rodriguez)
- Men's 50 km walk – 1 quota place (Ronald Quispe)
- Women's marathon – 1 quota place (Rosmery Quispe)
- Women's 20 km walk – 3 quota places (Claudia Balderrama, Ángela Castro, Wendy Cornejo)
