- Men's 800 m – 1 quota place (Ayanleh Souleiman)
- Men's 1500 m – 2 quota places (Ayanleh Souleiman, Abdi Waiss Mouhyadin)
- Men's 3000 m steeplechase – 1 quota place (Mohamed Ismail Ibrahim)
- Men's marathon – 1 quota place (Mumin Gala)
